An Sen Acupuncture and Massage

Today after work, I decided that I was far overdue for a little self love…after all, if you can’t love yourself, you can’t love others. So…I did the google and found a place down the street from my favorite sandwich place, Produce Row Cafe. An Sen Acupuncture and Massage is located at 107 SE Washington St in the Olympic Cereal Mill in the south east industrial park.

My masseuse, massage therapist, soother person was Emily. It was kind of funny, but she recognized me from frequenting the Peet’s Coffee on NE 15th and Broadway. It made it a little more comfortable to be rubbed down by someone a little more familiar than a total stranger. They accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and have pretty terrific rates. I will most definitely be going back there. Emily-Thank you for your awesome work. I am still a little stoned as I write this.

Finished up the little bit of SBUX that needed to go out and started to focus back on Nike.

A bit of bad news on the teaching front-A lot of kids are pulling out of the class that I was supposed to teach and may mean that I won’t get to teach this quarter. It is a shame really. I can’t wait for the opportunity to help budding designers understand their passions. Not all hope is lost, I may still get to teach, but this is really a slug in the garden.

I came home to the wonderful aroma of Lesa cooking garlic chicken and okra. It was delicious!

Tonight might be L4D night on xbox. Fun!
Enjoy the evening peeps!
