As I climbed desperately up the stairs to my studio with sandwich in hand, my quivering chicken-junkie hands struggled to get the key in the door so I could dose up on another helping of Cackalack’s Hot Chicken Shack.
Now I’ve reviewed this twice before here and here, but that was before I tried their signature sandwich: The Blazer.
I, again, ate this probably a little too fast. However, when confronted by a chicken sandwich that has a solid heat, delicious coleslaw, pickles, garlic baby dill aioli and some secret spices what else am I supposed to do?! It was so good that I wanted to scream, air-punch and then throw the wrapper on the ground and curse it…and I did. 9/10 finger-lickins!
